How long does it take to receive my order?"
For all US buyers:
My processing time is 1-3 business days.
The shipping method you choose at checkout will determine how long it will take to receive your order after I process it.
To all my International buyers:
The US postal service has suspended Priority mail service in some countries. First Class mail is usually available but it is taking longer due to the pandemic.
First class International takes 2-3 weeks or possibly more.
Priority mail, if available, takes approximately 6-10 days.
I do not ship to the following places at this time: Bermuda Triangle and Israel.
PLEASE NOTE:
Your country may charge an extra DUTY TAX. This an unconditional extra charge that you will be required to pay, charged by your country, before you can receive your package. Please contact your local post office for more information.

If Express Priority mail is offered in your zip code, it guaranteed to arrive in 2 days. If not, it can take 3-7 days.
You will be able to choose which shipping method you prefer when you check-out.

How do I send a photograph to you?
1. You can send your photo to me by using Etsy's messaging system (located at the top right hand corner next to "your cart") Once you open the conversation box you will be able to click on "attach image" at the top right had corner of the message box.
2. You can also email your photo to me directly:

If you send a photo to my email address- PLEASE contact me from Etsy so I do not overlook it!
How long does it take to receive my order?
For all US buyers:

After your order is processed it takes 3-10 or more days to receive your
order depending on the shipping method you choose:
First class mail- approximately 3-10 days and possibly more due to the current situation with the USPS and First Class mail delivery. I highly recommend you upgrade too Priority mail if you are concerned about your arrival date.
Priority mail- approximately 2-3 days.
Express Priority mail is guaranteed to arrive in 2-3 days depending on where you live.

How can I save money on shipping?
I have a flat rate shipping cost for both US and International orders. No matter how many items you purchase from my store at one time you will only pay one shipping fee!
How quickly can I receive my item?
You have the option to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Express mail when you checkout. Please send me a convo or leave me a note when you checkout letting me know the date you need your order by. I will do everything I possibly can to get your order to you as soon as humanly possible!
Packaging options
All of my bouquet charms, cufflinks, keychains and photo pins will arrive in a pretty gift box.
Can I have a saying or quote for one of my bouquet charms instead of a photo?
For personal reasons, I prefer to not accept any quotes or sayings that make any reference to heaven or that are spiritual or religious.
